​SENIOR / INTERMEDIATE / JUNIOR ARCHITECT

  He / she will participate in the realization of projects of various sizes and natures, within our close-knit and dynamic multidisciplinary team. We are looking for a serious and dynamic person, with a strong collaborative spirit, the desire to progress and to help his teammates progress.

Main tasks :

​

• Project planning and programming

• Architectural design

• Budget and project feasibility studies

• Estimate of construction costs

• Interdisciplinary coordination

  Preparation and coordination of preliminary documents

• Realization and coordination of plans and specifications and construction details

• Management of the tendering process

• Monitoring during construction and monitoring compliance with deadlines, specifications and costs

• Quality control

  Coordination with clients ​

Requirements:

​

• Bachelor and / or Masters in Architecture

• Member of the Order of Architects of Quebec (Architect)

• Minimum 3 years to 10 years and + of experience

• Knowledge of the codes and regulations in force (CNB);

• Proficiency in Autocad, Revit, Rhino, etc.

• Knowledge of the integrated design process

• Ability to work in a team and manage priorities

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously as well as unforeseen situations

• Professional, autonomous and creative

• Excellent command of French, fluency in English, an asset

• PFT writer, programming

- Full time 37.5 hours / week
