This new construction includes a dental clinic with seven operating rooms as well as a space that houses an automatic teller machine for the Credit Union. The basement is divided into two sections, one of which is reserved for use by employees and dentists.
The general design boasts a harmonious mix of openings, volumes, and lively colours, creating a relaxing atmosphere in a welcoming, non-traditional setting.
The laboratories are located across from the operating rooms, which line the back periphery of the building. The south-west orientation of the building allows abundant natural light to enter the operating rooms through large openings.
In addition to designing a layout that would improve employee productivity, this project subscribed to a green building approach when choosing building materials.
