The urban fashion clothes brand G-Star Raw wanted to move its Montreal showroom into the Complexe de Gaspé. This former industrial megastructure in the Mile-End was converted into commercial and office suites by Smith Vigeant Architects for the real estate investor ALLIED.

The project consisted in implementing the pre-determined design fitting G-Satr Raw’s identity and to adapt the concept to North American norms and standards.

Smith Vigeant Architects drew the plans and construction details; handled the regulatory procedures to obtain the necessary permits; made sure the interventions were coherent with the Complexe de Gaspé; and supervised construction. The project was coordinated with the company’s headquarters in Amsterdam.

The result is a beautiful showroom which matches the brand’s identity and is well integrated with the visual identity of the building.
