FLOATING CAMPGROUND DESIGN PROPOSAL IN OLD PORT

This project aims to offer a new accommodation experience, combining the convenience and economic aspects of camping with urban vitality. The objective is also to revive the Quai des Convoyeurs and its tower, located in the Old Port of Montreal, one of the emblematic places of the city's port heritage.

The jetty becomes the structuring element of the gesture. In the King Edwards Basin, mobile floating barges incorporating swimming pools, restaurants, restrooms and tent spaces offer travelers a new way to experience and explore the city.

The transformation of the Conveyor Tower into an observatory and exhibition space is also becoming a major element of the project, attracting visitors and offering a unique perspective on the city.
