This project aims to respond to the growing number of residents and students in the Bassin du Havre district. To promote the creation of a dynamic, mixed neighborhood that is well endowed with services to the community, the project is deploying a mixed program of 86 housing units spread over 8 floors and the establishment of a school with 14 classes.
The SVA team supports Bâtir son quartier from the start of the project and offers architectural services to validate preliminary studies and plans and support the organization in its proposals.
SVA proposed an innovative concept by placing the schoolyard on the roof of one of the buildings.
