The project consists of designing a college center, as well as a sports center in an approach resolutely committed to sustainable development on two adjacent lots belonging to the City of Mont-Tremblant. The Collegiate Center will consist of a building with an area of 1885m2 that can accommodate 250 students, the Sports Center, with an area of 2060m2, will be annexed to it through a common atrium.

The challenge is to allow the establishment to further develop its training offer and to offer an attractive and quality teaching environment, in particular through the addition of common spaces and science laboratories.
