Located on rue des Bassins, the planned school will open its doors in 2023. In its current version, it should accommodate 12 primary and preschool classes. It would be two to four stories high, and would include two courtyards for students, one on the ground facing the Bassin-à-Gravier park, and the other on the roof of the gymnasium. It would accommodate at least 20 bicycle parking spaces, but no car parking.
The school building would also be nested in the social housing building. The Montreal School Service Center (CSSDM) plans that certain premises, such as the gymnasium, the library and a multi-purpose room, will be open to the public outside of school hours.
