SVA was asked to collaborate on a vast study on the development of a residential complex with high ecological and sustainable performance in the natural spaces of the MRC Laurentides. SVA has provided exhaustively the elements allowing to define an exemplary architectural practice in terms of location, energy footprint, healthy and sustainable materials, respect for the environmental and landscape qualities of the sites.

In particular, it presented a scalable house model focusing exclusively on local resources.
