Located in the heart of a post-industrial urban district undergoing major revitalization, this project involves transforming two high-rise industrial buildings totaling more than 1.1 million square feet into rental spaces intended to attract a predominantly artistic and multimedia clientele.

The concept lies in designing imaginative layouts, with each floor featuring a unique design tailored to its tenants, while maintaining a coherent overall identity for the building.

The main challenges included transforming and renovating all building components in distinct phases while adhering to very tight budgets, and creating flexible workspaces adapted to the vast scale of a megastructure.

In addition to the complete redesign of interior spaces, the project included replacing outdated electromechanical systems, repairing the roof, and installing all new openings for both buildings.
