Sustainable know-how in service of a living park…

The center serves both as a visitor welcome facility for the park and as a showcase building for the Sépaq network. Entirely built of wood, it meets the highest standards of sustainability while blending seamlessly into the park’s exceptional natural setting.

Connecting the built environment, revealing the neighbourhood…

The gap between the two buildings is only 7 meters wide, and the walkway is located at the center on the 10th floor. The unique physical context, along with the tenant of the two connected suites — a video game company — inspired the conceptual design of the Cube. This concept was developed around graphic and luminous visual effects, giving the walkway a surreal appearance, as if it were floating weightlessly between the two monumental concrete structures.

Developed in consortium with BGLA, this project consists of expanding the Christ-Roi Elementary School of the CSSDM, in the Ahuntsic-Cartierville borough. The three-storey addition includes nine classrooms, a kindergarten, a daycare facility, and a gymnasium. Creative design solutions were essential to achieving seamless architectural and urban integration.

A human-scaled, dignified, and inclusive living environment

The 34-unit housing project is divided into three distinct volumes to create architecture on a human and distinctive scale.
Departing from the conventional typologies of multi-family housing blocks, our proposal integrates harmoniously into the urban landscape, establishing a balanced and meaningful dialogue between the built form and its surroundings.
