The urban clothing brand G-Star RAW wanted to relocate its Montréal showroom to the Complexe de Gaspé, a former industrial megastructure in Mile End that Smith Vigeant Architectes transformed into commercial rental spaces for developer ALLIED.

The project involved implementing a pre-established design reflecting the G-Star RAW brand image and adapting the concept to North American standards.

Smith Vigeant Architectes produced the construction drawings and details, managed the regulatory permitting procedures, ensured coherence of the installations with the Complexe de Gaspé, and oversaw site supervision in coordination with the head office in Amsterdam.

The result is a refined showroom that reflects the brand’s identity while blending seamlessly with the visual character of the building.
