Our winning proposal for the 2025 commercial building competition in Wuxi, China, features a three-storey development totaling 5,000 m², combining modern retail and hospitality spaces with sustainable timber construction.
The design creates a welcoming environment that connects people to nature through landscaped terraces along the waterfront and a lush green roof offering panoramic views of the district. The architecture is defined by contemporary timber structures, blending warmth, elegance, and a low carbon footprint.
