A 140-unit residential project designed for a student population, Tour du Québec explores the densification of a site along Chemin Sainte-Foy through a deliberately contemporary architectural approach. Ground-floor commercial spaces and student-oriented amenities complement the residential program and contribute to an active street-level environment.

The project’s futuristic, pavilion-like composition articulates building volumes and shared spaces to create a distinctive architectural identity, contrasting with the heritage character traditionally associated with Québec City. Completed in 2021 for JHD Immobilier, the study encompassed approximately 6,650 m² (71,500 sq. ft.) over 22 storeys.
