Redevelopment and Expansion

In 2019, the College adopted a visionary campus development plan to support its growth through a distinctive campus design and facilities that foster engagement, collaboration, academic success, and curiosity.

Collège Lionel-Groulx (CLG) commissioned our firm to prepare a functional program (FP) for a major expansion project.

The functional program aims to synthesize and present the College’s spatial and operational needs, while defining the design criteria that will guide the development of the future project.

Following this phase, a real estate solution will be developed in accordance with the steps outlined in the Directive on the Management of Major Public Infrastructure Projects.
