The construction project of 34 social and affordable housing units in Saint-Amable, developed in collaboration with the Office régional d’habitation de Marguerite-D'Youville, aims to provide quality housing for individuals with low or modest income. This building represents a tangible response to the community’s needs for accessible housing, while promoting an inclusive and participatory living environment.

The architectural design focused on optimizing the number of housing units while respecting local regulations and budgetary constraints.

A thorough site study allowed the design team to maximize the site’s capacity while ensuring the building integrates harmoniously within Saint-Amable’s urban context.

The project also complies with subsidy program standards such as PHAQ and Novoclimat, ensuring durable, comfortable, and energy-efficient housing. Drawing inspiration from the best practices in the field, these dwellings provide residents with a healthy and environmentally responsible living environment, supported by rigorous cost management.
