The mandate consists of constructing a College Centre (1,885 m², accommodating 250 students) and a Sports Centre (2,060 m²) on two adjacent lots owned by the City of Mont-Tremblant.
The new facilities are designed to host part of the activities of the Cégep de Saint-Jérôme, which will be relocated.

The Sports Centre is also intended to enhance the range of services for sports, recreation, and events in Mont-Tremblant. The new complex is envisioned as a stimulating living environment, offering facilities worthy of a true collegiate campus.

Careful site integration and sensitivity to the surrounding context are at the core of the project’s design. The building’s orientation frames views of the forest and natural features while respecting bioclimatic principles: minimizing deforestation required for construction, maximizing solar gain, and promoting natural ventilation and daylighting.
