Located in Beauharnois, this new high-rise residential project is part of a controlled densification strategy aimed at structuring urban development while enhancing the quality of living environments. Built on a 2,955 m² site, the 8-storey building reaches a height of 28.82 metres and features an optimized footprint of 1,365.95 m².

The project includes 100 residential units, consisting of 49 two-bedroom units and 51 one-bedroom units, accommodating a diverse range of occupants. The programmatic organization promotes efficient circulation and high-quality interior spaces, while maximizing natural light and views toward the surrounding landscape.

The building’s architecture is based on a clear volumetric composition, defined by a distinct base and a rhythmically articulated elevation. The podium, expressed through a more substantial and textured materiality, anchors the building within its context and reinforces the pedestrian scale. Above, the lighter upper floors unfold through a horizontal expression punctuated by continuous balconies and setbacks, creating a dynamic interplay of shadows and depth across the façades.

The integration of private outdoor spaces, in the form of generous balconies, extends the living areas outward and enhances residential quality. The building’s crown, distinguished by a specific architectural treatment, completes the silhouette and reinforces a contemporary and elegant presence within the urban landscape.

The project also incorporates a significant parking provision with 147 spaces, addressing residents’ needs while organizing site access and circulation. The landscape design is carefully conceived to articulate circulation zones, green spaces, and building access points, contributing to a coherent and legible site layout.

Through its architectural expression, typological diversity, and thoughtful siting, this project offers a sustainable and attractive residential development, contributing to the consolidation of Beauharnois’ urban fabric while providing a high-quality living environment for its residents.
