The four-storey building includes 31 housing units composed of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments (2½, 3½, and 4½).

This building is the first constructed within a large area slated for urban development, intended to become an attractive neighborhood for families. Its architecture therefore had to be particularly refined in order to convince municipal authorities and serve as a benchmark for the sector’s qualitative development.

Site integration presented significant challenges, as the plot was relatively small.

The units were designed to maximize accessibility and functionality, from their layout down to the finest finishing details.

Novoclimat-certified, the building provides high levels of insulation and soundproofing.

Despite being built during the pandemic, the project was completed on schedule.
