The four-storey building includes 40 housing units composed of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments (3½, 4½, and 5½).

It is the only newly built rental property in the region to feature both an underground parking garage and an elevator.

Site integration presented significant challenges, as the property is located near a school and the City placed great importance on the architectural quality of the new building.

Cost management guided the material choices, leading to the selection of fiber-cement cladding, a material that required thoughtful design use to achieve the desired aesthetic quality. Its application also facilitated construction efficiency and schedule control.

The housing units, designed for senior residents, prioritize accessibility and functionality, from spatial organization down to the smallest finishing details.

Novoclimat-certified, the building provides high levels of insulation and soundproofing.

Despite being built during the pandemic, the project was completed on schedule.
